Registration of copyright. What does copyright registration give?

1. Authorization of the author
   A certificate is an official document that is issued by the NOIP (National Intellectual Property Authority) and confirms that you are the author of the work.
2. Fixing the date of creation
   The certificate officially establishes that on the specified date you had in your hands the work claimed for registration.
3. Recognition by the state
   The fact of issuing a certificate by a competent state body is much more convincing.
4. Full realization of rights
   Without a certificate it is impossible to conclude a publishing or licensing agreement, contribute a work to the authorized capital or sell the rights to it.
5. Simplifying claims work
   A link to a title of protection is taken more seriously than a long letter stating that you are supposedly the author of a certain work.
6. Ease of preparing complaints in social networks It
   is much easier to file a complaint in social networks referring to evidence than to prove authorship in words.
7. Simplification of judicial protection
   You are freed from the need to prove that you own the rights to the work and can concentrate on the main thing – on the recovery of compensation.
8. Participation in public procurement
   Without a certificate, it is impossible to take part in public procurement in cases provided for in Part 2 of Art. 40 of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”.
9. Plagiarism protection A
   certificate provides the possibility of protection against plagiarism, and also protects against copying both the whole work and its parts.
10. Accounting for a work as intangible assets (intangible assets)
    Certificate of copyright – documentary evidence of an intangible asset for your accounting department.

Payment for our services is hourly.

For 1 hour – 50$. Based on this rate, we calculate prices for services.

The approximate price for the service is $200 – $300. The cost of copyright registration depends on the number of objects, the object of registration (legal entity or individual). If you order, for example, an Intellectual Property Protection for IT professionals or another service package, you will receive a 20% discount on the total amount of the service order. In the case of a non-standard request, the cost of the services provided can be agreed on an individual basis.
