Package No. 1 “Minimum legal protection”

• The package includes the provision of legal services at the specific request of the client, on the application of civil, economic, administrative, labor, corporate, intellectual, tax, financial law, namely:
•  oral consultations by phone or Skype (Zoom, etc.) mode,
•  written consultations,
•  field consultations,
• analysis of the provisions of a written contract,
• analysis and assessment of prospects and risks under a financial and economic agreement,
• negotiations with contractors,
• protecting the interests of the company during inspections by regulatory authorities,
•  verification and analysis of the legal documentation of the company,
• legal examination of any documents provided by the client,
• drawing up contracts, internal documents, including statutory documents,
•  preparation of claims and responses to claims, as well as letters,
•  pre-trial settlement of disputes.

The cost of legal services for this package is UAH 19,500. per month.

The volume of the package is 15 hours per month.

 

Package No. 2 “Medium legal protection”

• The package includes the provision of legal services for specific client requests, on the application of civil, economic, administrative, labor, corporate, intellectual, tax, financial law:
• oral consultations by phone or Skype (Zoom, etc.) mode,
• written consultations,
• field consultations,
• analysis of the provisions of a written contract,
• analysis and assessment of prospects and risks under a financial and economic agreement,
• negotiations with contractors,
• protecting the interests of the company during inspections by regulatory authorities,
• participation and presence of a lawyer or lawyer in giving explanations to regulatory and law enforcement agencies,
•  verification and analysis of the legal documentation of the company,
•  legal examination of any documents provided by the client,
• drawing up contracts, internal documents, including statutory documents,
•  preparation of claims and responses to claims, as well as letters,
•  pre-trial settlement of disputes,
• Advisory participation in the litigation on the side of the Client: pre-trial preparation, preparation of statements of claim, counterclaims, reviews, complaints, appeals, cassation complaints, applications for review of decisions on newly discovered circumstances and other documents, as well as advisory support of the dispute in courts of all instances).
• Advisory participation in enforcement proceedings: drafting and filing applications for the enforcement of debt collection, drafting complaints against actions and inaction of a bailiff, cancellation of orders to seize the debtor’s property, advisory support for participation in auctions of seized property and revision of auction decisions .

The cost of legal services for this package is UAH 39,000. per month.

The volume of the package is 40 hours per month.

 

Package No. 3 “Full legal protection”

• The package includes the provision of legal services for specific client requests, on issues of civil, economic, administrative, labor, corporate, intellectual, tax, financial, criminal law:
• oral consultations by phone or Skype (Zoom, etc.) mode,
• written consultations,
•  field consultations,
• analysis of the provisions of a written contract,
• analysis and assessment of prospects and risks under a financial and economic agreement,
• negotiations with contractors,
•  protecting the interests of the company during inspections by regulatory authorities,
• participation and presence of a lawyer or lawyer in giving explanations to regulatory and law enforcement agencies,
• verification and analysis of the legal documentation of the company,
• legal examination of any documents provided by the client,
• drawing up contracts, internal documents, including statutory documents,
•  preparation of claims and responses to claims, as well as letters,
•  pre-trial settlement of disputes,
•  participation in the litigation on the side of the Client: representation of interests in court (pre-trial preparation, preparation of statements of claim, counterclaims, reviews, complaints, appeals, cassation complaints, applications for reconsideration of decisions on newly discovered circumstances and other documents, participation in litigation in case of consideration of disputes in the first, appellate, cassation instances of courts throughout Ukraine),
• participation in enforcement proceedings: drawing up and filing applications for the enforcement of debt collection, drawing up complaints against actions and inaction of a bailiff, cancellation of orders to seize the debtor’s property, participation in auctions of seized property and revision of auction decisions.

The cost of legal services for this package is UAH 78,000. per month.

The volume of the package is 80 hours per month.
