Registration (registration) of a place of residence is the entry of information into the Unified State Demographic Register about the place of residence, indicating the address of residence of the registered person.
What documents are needed to start the process?
- Passport document containing information about the place of residence
- *birth certificate or certificate of belonging to the citizenship of Ukraine (for children under 14 years old)
- Deregistration coupon (in case of change of residence within Ukraine)
* the deregistration coupon is not submitted in case of registration of the place of residence with simultaneous deregistration of the previous place of residence
- Documents confirming the right to live in housing, stay or registration in a specialized social institution, an institution of social services and social protection, service in a military unit, the address of which is indicated during registration.
- Military ID or registration certificate (for citizens who are subject to military registration or are on military registration).
- Certificate of registration of an internally displaced person;
- Power of attorney for our employees;
