Privacy Policy

This Regulation on the privacy policy and processing of personal data of site users (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) is an official document of Pravelon Limited Liability Company, Pravelon affiliates, legal entities under the Pravelon trademark.

This Privacy Policy governs any kind of processing of personal data and information of a personal nature (any personally identifiable information and any other information related to this) about individuals who are consumers of the Company’s services. This Policy applies to the processing of personal, personal data collected by any means, both active and passive, both via the Internet and without its use, from persons located anywhere in the world.

This Policy applies to all information posted on the Company’s Website on the Internet, as well as to any information about the User that the Company may receive in the process of using the Site, its services, services and products, or the Company’s services. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (unless the processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Destruction of personal data – actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed;

Depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific subject of personal data without the use of additional information;

Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;

Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.

We are responsible for the processing and storage of personal information of consumers of Pravelon services, as well as visitors to the site https://pravelon.legal/.

Personal information – any information about a person that allows you to directly or indirectly identify this person, including his personal data, in the understanding of the legislation on the protection of personal data.

Pravelon collects and processes the following information: first name, last name and patronymic of the user (client), postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we may collect personal information (data from your public social network profile) to receive feedback from you about our services, or we request information about your location to register on the site in order to provide services or participate in a promotion. You have the right not to provide us with this information, but in this case, our site and services may not work correctly or some of their functions will not be available.

 

In addition, when you visit our website, we may automatically receive certain information about you. In some cases, the collected personal information may be available to certain categories of responsible persons of Pravelon (the Data Controller) associated with the maintenance of the site (for example, administration, sales department, marketing department, call center, legal department, system administrator) or third parties (e.g., third party technical service providers, postal organizations, hosting providers, information technology providers, communications service providers) for which we charge, as appropriate, to act as a Data Processor. You can additionally request a list of these persons from us.
