Pravelon company guarantees a refund of the cost of the purchased service at your request.
A refund is possible only if you decide to terminate cooperation on your own initiative, while the company has not started providing the Service/Services, and no more than 14 calendar days have passed after the purchase.
In case of expiration of 14 calendar days after the purchase of the service, a refund is not possible.
In case of termination of cooperation after receiving a consultation, analysis of documents, online consultation, a package of documents, a refund is made minus the Pravelon hourly wage in the amount of $ 75 per hour.
After sending scanned copies of the prepared documents by Pravelon, from the email address: email@example.com to the User’s email, a refund is not possible. The same condition applies when sending scanned copies of documents by Pravelon to any messenger of the User, as well as when sending original documents by post, both regular or courier.

Please include your full name/company name, the name of the service, and the reason for the requested return in the letter.
Refunds are made within 15 working days from the date of application. In some cases, the return period may be extended up to 30 business days.
In the event that it is not possible to identify you as a payer, Pravelon reserves the right to request confirmation of your identity.
If the payment is not confirmed, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
After purchasing the service, save the payment documents (screenshots).
Partial payments, as well as prepayments, are non-refundable.
Refunds are made to the bank card from which the payment was made.
Funds for individual support received from Pravelon experts are non-refundable.
